About Marilyn Cohn...
Marilyn Cohn, PhD, CCIM Seniors Real Estate Specialist, has been helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals since 1980. She is currently affiliated with RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty, and is active in the South Bay real estate market. Her numerous transactions include buying and selling investment properties, as well as estate homes in Palos Verdes and single-family residence and condominiums in surrounding areas.
Marilyn considers real estate one of the most exciting and dynamic businesses. So, it is no surprise that she delved into it with the same passion and commitment that she is known for on the golf course. Since earning her broker's license, she has conducted numerous real estate transactions; taught real estate classes at Los Angeles Harbor College; published an investment book, Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Real Estate Investment, BUT Didn't Know What to Ask!; and teaches investment analysis workshops to licensed real estate professionals.
