Real Estate Workshop for Women

Helping women understand the “Art & Science of Real Estate.”

Whether you are buying or selling, “DON’T MAKE A MOVE” until you take this workshop! Next to selecting a soul mate, the purchase or sale of real estate is the most critical decision you will make in your life. In addition to clarifying your reasons for buying or selling, this workshop will provide you with the actual sale process. And, as the sale proceeds, you will know what to expect. This information will alleviate much of the stress and anxiety connected with making a life-altering change.

Part I – Question #1 “Should I buy or sell?” What are the motivating factors to make this decision? What part do significant others play in helping you make this decision? What is the time-frame? Where do I want to purchase? What do I want to achieve by making the sale? (This is the “why” part of the workshop.)

Part II – I intend to buy or sell real estate. What should I know about the sale process?  What are the potential problems I can encounter in the process of acquiring or selling real estate? How can I be prepared? (This is the “how”, “when”, “where” part of the workshop) How do you get started? In addition to the sale price, what are the expected costs? What is the real estate market today? Where do you begin? Do you find the property and then get the loan, or do you get the loan and then find the property? Does a Seller need a real estate agent? What are the legal concerns for a Buyer and Seller? What do Buyers and Sellers have to know abut the contract for purchasing real estate? What does it mean when you “go into escrow?” (Where is escrow?)

In addition to presenting a step-by-step process for the sale of a real estate property, this workshop is geared for answering questions and concerns for the participants. Knowledge and preparation will make the sale process exciting, enjoyable and pleasurable as well as profitable.
