Escape the Rent Trap
It’s all about options and decision making when it
comes for the financial aspects of renting versus owning. Home
ownership isn’t for everyone. If you are paying $1,800+ in rent
each month; and, if your income taxes are too high, this workshop will
demonstrate the financial benefits of home ownership. Topics
include income taxes, amortization, accumulation of wealth, etc.
This workshop can help you realize what you can afford. After you
complete this workshop, you will understand the “true” cost of owning a
home. Class size is small and provides lots of opportunity for
asking questions.
